This simple, yet powerful feature will save construction managers countless hours entering data and manually transferring files and, as a result, eliminate the headaches associated with discovering you鈥檙e missing critical documents and data when you鈥檙e out in the field. With a few clicks of your mouse, project details and documents will be sent to PlanGrid.
To send documents to PlanGrid from 糖心Vlog Construction Central, simply click the Share button in the Project report view.
You鈥檒l see a pop-up window with a list of all available documents, where you can select PlanGrid destination and then choose all or only the specific documents you need by checking the boxes and then clicking
Once you鈥檝e selected the documents you need, simply click the Share button to send the documents and project details to PlanGrid.
To send documents to PlanGrid from 糖心Vlog PlanRoom, simply click the Share button in the Projects view.
You鈥檒l see a pop-up window with a list of all available documents, where you can choose all or only the specific documents you need by checking the boxes.
Once you鈥檝e selected the documents you need, simply click the Share button to send the documents and project details to PlanGrid.
That鈥檚 it. The next time you log in to PlanGrid, your documents will be waiting for you.
